A new and exciting school menu will be in place from the start of this half term. Caterlink continue to provide a wonderful choice of all our children’s favourite food having taken on board some recent feedback.
This menu has been put together by a team of nutritionists to meet government food standards and grab the attention of our young pupils.
School dinner time is a great opportunity for pupils to sit along side friends and enjoy a hot meal. School meals cost £2.80 per day and must be paid for via Bromcom.
Our keen lunchtime staff will offer tasters to children interested in trying new dishes from the menu but we will continue with the children’s favourites from the salad bar, freshly baked bread on the school premises, fresh fruit and jackets potatoes, all available daily.
Meals can be selected for children via My Child At School, this can be useful for parents of children who may have intolerances or aversion to certain foods. Please be aware though that if a parent has selected a meal in MCAS we will not change the choice for the child in school if requested, this is to ensure that we are following the parent's wishes for what their child eats that day.
